Art Days, now in its sixth year, brings the community together with arts and culture institutions, galleries and artists in Downtown Miami for three days of unique cultural experiences. The Miami DDA, along with the cultural spaces and artists in Downtown Miami, come together to present three fun-filled days of special programs and free events.
Miami Center For Architecture & Design will be the HUB & host the following Events :

Let’s Design a Sidewalk!
From an urban planning perspective children will create a mosaic for a downtown sidewalk. They will choose a piece of a big blue print to compose with foam square tiles forms and color the sidewalk mosaic. Each piece will represent a portion of the sidewalk and streets. In the end of the activity they will put all works together to create the finished product. Children will be allowed to take their works home.
